Building a Thriving Economy for Baltimore County

As a Baltimore County resident for more than three decades, Julian is vested in seeing the county reverse a population slide and create conditions for job and business growth. He has made sure small businesses have the resources they need.

As County Executive, Julian will:

An Entrepreneur's Understanding

As a lifelong entrepreneur and licensed real estate agent who founded his own company in 1988, Julian understands the challenges facing business owners. His company specializes in real estate development, rehabilitation and renovation, giving him firsthand experience in creating jobs and contributing to economic growth.

This business experience, combined with his public service, gives Julian a unique perspective on how government can partner with the private sector to create opportunities for all residents.

Smart Development, Community Input

Julian's track record shows he knows how to balance economic development with community needs. His work on the Owings Mill Mall redevelopment demonstrates his commitment to ensuring that major projects benefit the people who live nearby, not just developers.

As County Executive, Julian will continue to champion development that creates good jobs while preserving the character of our neighborhoods. He'll ensure that growth is sustainable, inclusive, and benefits all Baltimore County residents, not just a few.

Supporting Small Business

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. Julian will streamline regulations, improve access to capital, and create programs that help small businesses thrive. He'll particularly focus on supporting minority and women-owned businesses, ensuring that economic opportunity is available to all.
